Refund Policy

Due to hygiene and product safety reasons, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or if you simply decide you no longer want the product.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or returned unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

PURESKIN products are formulated for cosmetic use only and should always be used as directed.

Before using any product, we recommend reviewing the ingredient list to ensure it is suitable for your skin. If you have sensitive skin or are unsure whether a product is appropriate for you, we recommend performing a patch test prior to full application.

As every individual's skin is unique, results may vary. We do not guarantee specific cosmetic results, and differences in skin type, routine and individual response may affect product performance.

We do not offer refunds or replacements where a product does not meet personal expectations or desired cosmetic outcomes.

If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@pureskinau.com.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the parcel and products
• A description of the issue

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement, refund or other suitable resolution after reviewing the information provided.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is managed by the shipping carrier.

While we carefully pack every order, PURESKIN is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather events, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for further information regarding shipping timeframes, delivery responsibilities and transit-related enquiries.

Orders cannot be cancelled, modified or refunded once they have been dispatched.

If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to assist before your order has been packed and shipped; however, changes cannot be guaranteed.

While every PURESKIN formula is developed with carefully selected ingredients, individual skin sensitivities can occur. If irritation develops, discontinue use immediately and seek advice from a healthcare professional if required.

We cannot provide refunds for products where a customer experiences an individual sensitivity or allergic reaction, unless the product is found to be faulty or does not meet the guarantees provided under Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
